Leak Detection ALD
If you suspect you have a water leak on your property it is your responsibility to have it repaired. Some leaks are easy to locate a burst pipe or leaky tap for instance, others may prove more difficult to find.
You may hear a significant leak in your water system and this is usually noticeable by drop in water pressure on your property.
Other leaks are harder to trace, and this is where you will need professional help. Our specialised acoustic equipment allows us to detect any leakage that might occur in your water system, As with most domestic leaks, the longer you leave it the worse it will get, and this could result in a major water system failure.
If you think you have a possible leak on your property contact us without delay, we will put your mind at rest and deal with any concerns promptly and professionally.

Supply Pipe Renewals ALD

Mostly the water service pipe from the water authority stop cock into your property belongs to the property owner, and it is their responsibility to keep it in good order, the same being true for the internal plumbing.
Modern buildings have an independent water supply to the property, but some older properties may have a shared supply in which case the responsibility is also shared.

Lead Pipes ALD

Water supplied through old lead water pipes can contain undesirable levels of lead.
Most water authorities operate a lead piping replacement scheme to the system up to their stop cock, however the remaining pipe work to your property is your responsibility.
Our plastic replacement pipe provides a healthier option, if you have any concerns about the quality of your water supply, contact us for expert advice.

Increased Flow & Pressure ALD1

Most properties still utilise the original water supply pipe work.
This is most commonly a 1/2 inch pipe which isn't large enough to cope with modern day demands. Pressurised heating systems, modern showers etc. all require a more healthy supply.
This is done by replacing the pipe work from the local authority stopcock with a larger diameter pipe from a range of 25,32 or 63mm. alternatives.
